Zane Venture Fund, the Atlanta-based pre-capital investment firm, has announced its call for startups for its second cohort.
While understanding the struggle to raise capital as an underrepresented founder, the firm took matters into its own hands and launched the Zane Access Capital Readiness Program, an experience built to equip founders with the skills to navigate the world of capital with confidence.
The fee-based program will help participating founders learn technical elements, including terms sheets, deal structures, and forecasting in addition to strategic elements, such as pitching, storytelling, personal brand, and communication.
Who should apply?
Women, Black. LatinX, Asian, LGBTQ+ and military veteran founders are all encouraged to apply. In addition to those who have yet to raise their first $150k.
The firm invests in diverse teams building early-stage technology companies in the Southeast with a pre-money valuation or cap under $10MM with early traction, whether it’s dollars or data.
