The Smart City Expo Set To Prepare Cities for Tomorrow While Solving Urgent Issues of Today

The Smart City Expo USA is back and headed to Miami!

The American Rescue Plan and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provide an opportunity to develop smart, equitable, and sustainable 21st-century cities. They are catalysts for deploying inclusive and disruptive technology to bridge the racial wealth and equity gap.

The Smart City Expo, which gathers global city officials, technology, and infrastructure leaders, will explore innovative ways of how city officials can harness federal funds to build inclusive and resilient cities through electrification, climate resiliency, cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and web3, urban air mobility, AI and edge technology, big data, education equity, the future of work, next-gen infrastructure, and more.

Visionary Leaders

The Expo will feature industry leaders who believe cities are not “smart” if there is homelessness, hunger or poverty.  Speakers will discuss how communities can access clean air and water, healthcare, safety, housing, broadband, energy, education, economic opportunity and more.

From developing a skilled workforce of the future to financing 21st-century infrastructure, advancing renewable energies, improving health outcomes, promoting civic engagement, and ensuring technological interoperability,  speakers will share how they can lead cities into an inclusive and prosperous future.

A Forward-looking Program

Attendees will be able to participate in dozens of activities across the City of Miami. Installations, tours, keynotes, plenaries, breakouts, and workshops are all part of Smart City Expo USA, which will bring together 60+ of the world’s most brilliant minds looking to build equitable and inclusive 21st-century cities.
