Career Fairs can be impersonal and too fast paced to really meet and find great talent for your business. Enter the Employer Auction. The event is hosted by Robinson Women in Business, a student led organization committed to guiding its female members through their business education and job search. They strive to teach women how to fully utilize their unique skills in the business world and work to build female confidence and ability.
At this event students will have the opportunity to bid for a one on one sit down with a female business owner. The mentorship meeting does not have to be the date of the event. Employers and students can schedule a coffee, lunch or even a meeting at the employers job site that best fits the mentor’s agenda.
Ladies, they are looking for female business owners to participate. Sign up by November 13, 2014.
