Can you turn your crazy ideas into a business? These entrepreneurs say yes!
Growing a lucrative business does not happen overnight, and FreshBooks knows that. The cloud-based accounting software firm wants to help current and would-be entrepreneurs understand the ins and outs of growing a small business. That’s why they’re hosting I Make A Living, an intimate panel discussion with local entrepreneurs, in cities across the U.S.
Coming to Atlanta on May 30, #imakealiving will bring together a group of successful entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners for a lively and candid conversation. You’ll hear from Jewel Burks, a founder whose startup was acquired by Amazon; Jen Bonnett, former General Manager of the Advanced Technology Development Center and founder of Startup Chicks; serial technology entrepreneur Sanjay Parekh; and Myleik Teele, founder of the first monthly subscription service for curly hair.
Learn how these leaders were able to turn their business failures into success, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask the panel questions related to their personal businesses. Following the discussion, attendees are invited to network with the whole room.
And while you’re there…
What’s an event without headshots, courteous of Elvis Piedra, uplifting swag from FreshBook, food and drinks by Farm Burger, and contests, surprises and giveaways!
