Emprendedoras Latinas Is Bringing Its Power of a Vision Forum to the Latinx Community

Emprendedores Latinos is hosting its 5th annual Emprendedoras Latinas forum on International Women’s Day, March 8th, at The Gathering Spot in Atlanta. This event is geared towards women business owners from minority groups and is designed to highlight the force women have behind the growing business creation in the U.S. 

Since its inception in 2014, Emprendedoras Latinas has grown in size and impact. This year the organization is launching a new concept, BizMujer, a bilingual community platform catered to Latinas and other minorities with the objective to empower women, advance their career, grow their business and help them design a new future.

The event will feature guest speakers:
  • Luz María Doria: VP and executive producer of the Univision morning show Despierta America 
  • Anabelle Blum: Journalist, producer, actress, television host, model, voice and image of international brands, with 25 years of experience in radio and TV
  • María Rios: One of 2013 Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs in the U.S. and CEO of Nation Waste, Inc., the first female Hispanic-owned waste removal company in the U.S. and one of Houston’s largest minority-owned companies
