Grab Your Work Gloves, Boots, and Game Face: ATL Tech Gives Back Awaits!

Bringing the tech community together for a higher purpose

Two homegrown Atlanta organizations, Hypepotamus and Community Bucket, have fused the power of volunteering with the energy of the tech sector for ATL Tech Gives Back.

For the newcomers, ATL Tech Gives Back, powered by Cox Enterprises, is for anyone who works (or aspires to work) in the tech or startup ecosystem. The group works together to strengthen local non-profits by volunteering with organizations working directly in the community. Not only will you make a difference, but you do so while working alongside your startup peers.

For this event, work with Books for Africa and Whittier Mill Park.

Books for Africa: Work in the warehouse to sort, pack and ship (literally) tons of books to donate to schools across Africa

Whittier Mill Park: Clean up trash and help beautify this neighborhood greenspace

After the project, head over to Scofflaw for beers from 3 p.m. — 5 p.m.
