ATDC Heads West | Georgia Startups Raising Capital Are Invited to Apply to Venture Showcase

The Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), the state of Georgia’s globally-recognized technology incubator, is accepting applications from startups with strong growth potential for its upcoming Spring 2018 ATDC Venture Showcase to the West Coast, April 10-12.

Building on the success of the inaugural ATDC Venture Showcases in San Francisco and New York City, the 2018 slate of events will be expanded. These Showcases are the ideal opportunity for startups raising to meet potential investors and partners, with a packed schedule of pitch meetings. Last year saw a record amount of investment into ATDC’s portfolio companies, with capital coming in from all over the country.

“Venture capitalists are eager to see and learn what technology companies in Georgia are doing and how their innovative technologies are disrupting the marketplace,” said ATDC Assistant Director Jane McCracken.

To be eligible, applicants must be Georgia-headquartered technology companies intending to raise a Series A or higher during the next six to nine months. The application period is open until 5 p.m. on Feb. 28. 12 companies will be chosen from all applications.
