Hack for Good: Nonprofit Sprint 48in48 Seeks Developer Volunteers

48in48, globally presented by Delta Air Lines, recruits technology and digital marketing professionals to build 48 websites for 48 non-profits — all in 48 hours.

The event, born in Atlanta, has now held six local events in Atlanta and expanded to Boston, New York, North Carolina, and even across the pond to London. By 2025, 48in48 hopes to execute 48 annual signature events in 48 cities across the world.

“Over the past four years, Delta Air Lines has been proud to support 48in48 in its growth and achievement of serving more than 700 non-profits and creating more than $19 million of impact,” says Tad Hutcheson, vice president of community engagement with Delta Air Lines.

48in48’s next event will take place October 4-6.

It’s time to get involved!

48in48 needs people who love their city, love their craft, and want to see the non-profits that serve the community thrive.  48in48 is looking for writers, project managers, designers, coders, builders and more.

In addition to creating websites, individual and team volunteers are needed to provide digital marketing support in the form of social media training, blog resources, logos, design services, content writing and learning opportunities during the hackathon.
