Funding RoundKrepling, an impressive e-commerce startup building at Brickyard in Chattanooga, raised a $3.3 million seed round last week, per Crunchbase. We recently covered Krepling’s leader Liam Gerada in our Get To Know The CEO series

 

M&A Activity 

Tampa, Florida-based OnScreen, a software team focused on e-learning guided tutorials, was acquired by UK-based Learning Pool, according to Crunchbase. This will bring “contextual support and automated workflows to help businesses adopt new digital tools and processes,” according to Silicon Republic. Who Is In Building Mode 

  • PrizePicks, a fast-growing fantasy sports platform in Atlanta, launched its PrizePicks Arena, a new peer-to-peer fantasy sports game. The launch, announced last week, is just in time for the Super Bowl. PrizePicks Arena will debut in Alabama, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming, with plans for more states to follow, according to a company press release. Want to explore PrizePicks over the years?
