Coursini is a conversational AI platform and restaurant knowledge base. Through industry-specific AI voice agents that simulate human conversation, users can chat with experts to ask questions, get inspiration, and quickly solve restaurant-specific problems at any time of the day.
The platform allows restaurant professionals to ask experts questions about menu design, estate, operational strategies…or just to talk through industry-specific issues…on their own schedule.
“Each expert has at least 20 years of experience in their profession, and is highly regarded as the best in the business,” Bramble added. “Subscribers will have hundreds of years of knowledge by credible professionals available to them 24/7 and in their pocket. Try calling an executive and asking them to answer questions….It’s impossible.”
Why Build Coursini Now?
From AI chatbots to virtual agents, Conversational AI is quickly becoming the way to find and ingest information. Coursini is designed to keep pace with the rapidly evolving role of conversational AI is having in how we access and apply knowledge, Bramble added.
“As Dr Eric Schmidt of Google recently said, “By 2030, there will be a single system of voice agents/experts in every field,” and we’re going to try to be one of the providers for restaurant intelligence. We are years ahead of his estimated timeline of his comments,” Bramble added.
While Bramble is starting focused on restaurants, he is growing to bring Coursini to real estate, construction, financial, and other industries.
Self-funded to date, Bramble said he is ready to bring on the right group of investors to scale.
“We set the company up correctly to partner with others. I would rather bring in investors/partners already in the space who want to scale this with me, then maintain 90% of a company that doesn’t go anywhere,” Bramble added.
