Contest for Summer Startup Academy Students
UPDATE: Congratulations to Scott Solomon – recent graduate of University of Georgia – who claimed First Prize with five new donors!
Do you want to bolster your resume and stand out from your Summer Startup Academy colleagues? We’ve got the perfect contest for you to showcase your Hustler/Hack/Hipster/Hack skills: The “Always Be Closing” Contest is on. Here’s how it will work:
First Prize: Dinner with Paul Judge at the July 23 Bonfire
Second Prize: A Set of Steak Knives
Third Prize: You have to use IE6 as your web browser
The Game Plan
- You have from now until Monday, July 22 at 11:59 PM ET to secure the most # of gifts of $50 or more to Hypepotamus, Inc, benefiting the Summer Startup Academy.
- You can use any of the materials we’ve shared on www.savethebabyhippos.org
- You can create your own videos, images, text, or other media to share why people should support the Summer Startup Academy
- This ain’t cut throat, so do this with honesty and integrity
- To get credit for a gift made, you need for your donors to put your name in the data field “Who Referrred You?” that can be found on the online giving portal.
- If your donor wants to write a check, make it payable to “Hypepotamus Inc.” and send it to 817 West Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308. Fund need to arrive before the Monday, July 22 at 11:59 PM ET deadline.
If you have any questions, just shoot an email to Scott Henderson.
