“The line I use is: Georgia is where technology meets the real world,” Larry Williams, President and CEO of Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) told Hypepotamus.
For Williams, Georgia’s real-world impact is created from startups as well as Fortune 500. 40 of these companies will be recognized during the 2021 Georgia Technology Summit.
Williams said that TAG looked at four key criteria for narrowing down the list of top 40 companies: The degree of innovation, the scope of financial impact, the timing, and how well they answer the question “how does this help position George’s innovative efforts in a spotlight on us, both nationally and globally?”
