by Raven Davis

General Assembly has begun moving forward with plans to open a campus at the newly-opened Ponce City Market.

The new campus, located on the second floor of the Ponce City Market, is 17,650 square feet, with the costs for preparation estimated to be around $1,122,420. Currently with campuses on Flat Shoals Avenue and on North Avenue, General Assembly is an educational institution that offers full-time courses in technology, business, and design. It has locations in 12 cities worldwide, and once the campus in Ponce City Market opens, will have 19 campuses around the world.
