QASymphony Raises $40 Million Series C To Grow Team In Atlanta and London

Atlanta-based agile software testing company QASymphony has raised a $40 million series C round led by New York’s Insight Venture Partners. The funding will help the company expand the team both here in Atlanta and in their recently-opened London office.

QASymphony helps companies create better software through enterprise-level agile QA testing tools. They count over 450 customers including such enterprises as Salesforce, Cisco, Boeing, Sony, and Amazon. This funding adds to the $7.5 million raised in previous rounds.

In the last year QASymphony added 210 new customers and saw year-over-year revenue growth of over 180%.

The company’s client and revenue growth have required team growth as well, and a need for more space. They will lease additional office space at 550 Pharr Road and hire an additional 15 employees to complement the team of 45, including 3 to be based in the European office.

They will also invest in more research and development on the product side to continue developing best-in-class, innovative software solutions for their customers.

“With this Series C, we plan to aggressively invest in expanding our product leadership and in growing our global sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive greater market share in North America and Europe,” says QASymphony CEO Dave Keil.

In a blog post, Keil thanked his entire team, including founders Vu Lam and Josh Lieberman, and board of advisors.

“The future for QASymphony has never been brighter.  We have the strongest product in a large and growing market, an amazing team and now have partnered with one of the elite software investors in the world,” says Keil.
