- Atlanta-based Flashtract, a construction billing startup, was acquired by a public company. We dove into the acquisition with CEO Blair Chenault here.
Funding News
- Louisiana-based Posigen, a SolarTech company, raised $150 million from Biz New Orleans has the story.
- Nashville-based Opre recently closed a $3.8 million seed round, news confirmed by the publication TENNBEAT last week. Oregon-based Cascade Seed Fund led the round. Many other angel investors, including many from across Tennessee, also joined the round. Hypepotamus reporting here.
- Miami-based MaxRetail raised a $15 million Series A
- Alpharetta-baed Archive Intel, a compliance SaaS tool for RIAs and financial institutions, raised a $1 million seed funding round. More here.
- Nashville-based Tuesday Health announced a $60 million investment deal which will go towards opening a new facility and expand it’s supportive care network.

- Tech Alpharetta has announced its appointment of six new members to its Strategic Board of Directors. Tech Alpharetta’s Board is now comprised of 48 local c-suite and senior executives, city leaders and community partners who assist in advising the city of Alpharetta on tech infrastructure.
