Funding News

New Orleans, Louisiana-based Prokeep, a B2B startup and messaging platform built for distributors, raised a $25 million venture round, according to Crunchbase. We last profiled Prokeep in 2022 when the startup raised its seed round

North Carolina-based Fahlo, a retail company that offers high tech products that help in wildlife tracking, raised a $10 million venture round, according to Crunchbase

 

 

Southeast Tech M&A News

SingleOps, a provider of arbor and landscape business software, announced its merger with Landscape Management Network (LMN), the largest provider of landscape business software and crew training in the United States and Canada. Wilmington-based financial technology company nCino will acquire FullCircl, a London-based business-to-business, software as a service (SaaS) platform, for $135 million. WilmingtonBiz has the latest details.

This week the Technology Association of Georgia, which represents leaders and employers across the state, gathered at The Fox Theatre in Midtown Atlanta to celebrate its 2024 TAG Technology Award winners.
