The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) has recently profiled the emerging technology communities that make up Dekalb County in the latest issue of Hub Magazine (see below). Dekalb is home to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), more than 250 Health IT companies and world class medical institutions like Emory University School of Medicine, Mercer University’s College of Pharmacy and others. Roughly 10% of the City of Atlanta is contained in Dekalb County.
