A tech hub worth bragging about? A hip and happening startup scene? The undisputed center of all things innovation in hip hop? You can find it in the “A”, and now A3C Conference will bring it all together.

The largest hip hop-focused educational and networking event in the country, A3C has landed a star-studded list of speakers for its inaugural Music Tech day including leaders from Instagram, Spotify, and Pandora, as well as a headlining conversation on “Building Atlanta’s Music Tech Ecosystem.”

Held on Thursday, October 5th, A3C Music Tech will kick off with Atlanta-based producer Dallas Austin, entrepreneur Jewel Burks, and serial tech investor Allen Nance discussing the Atlanta music and technology scene. Topics include how the two industries have seen success separately, and how leaders in both scenes can better work together in the future.

Following the panel, additional talks and intimate conversations from music tech leaders will continue throughout the day. Notable speakers include Spotify’s Urban Indie Senior Manager Amber Grimes and Instagram’s Music Strategic Partnerships Manager Fadia Kader, who will lead an Instagram Master Class.

Pandora’s SVP of Strategic Partnerships Lars Murray will also lead a conversation with Atlanta-based industry veterans, producers Chaka Zulu and Jason Geter. The two execs, who have managed legends the likes of Ludacris and TI, are now 2/3 of the music, content, and branding collective Culture Republic.

Attendees will get to interact wth virtual and mixed reality exhibitions throughout the day. Finally, the Startup Spotlight will allow 5 music tech startups to pitch their concept to the audience of aspiring musicians, technology enthusiasts, creatives and entrepreneurs.

Applications for Startup Spotlight are open until August 19th. Find out more and apply to exhibit at A3C’s Music Tech Day here.
