SimpleShowing is a fast growing real estate technology startup based in Midtown Atlanta. We’re seeking a growth hacker unicorn that wants to strengthen their skills as a communicator, email marketer, data-driven growth marketer and human being (Woah!)

This position provides a tremendous opportunity for personal growth within the company and as a marketer. With projects ranging from product marketing, to sales funnel optimization, to advanced ROI reporting, and maybe even a little content creation. You’ll also be planning, creating, distributing, and analyzing the effectiveness of paid acquisition campaigns.
The total compensation for this role is $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience. Ideally, the candidate is 5-8 years out of college and has at least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
What you’ll be doing:
*Analyze and attribute marketing campaigns across channels using Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook and other marketing channels.
*Lead efforts to increase the reach of our content – ads, videos, blogs, property listings, etc.
*Monitor and increase our organic traffic growth through search engine optimization projects
*Manage a sizeable marketing budget each month and provide accurate performance metrics related to marketing spend
*Leverage analytic tools to report and inform future marketing efforts
*Run structured A/B tests across marketing disciplines like email, landing pages, etc.
The experience we like to see:
*Managing campaigns across Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising
*Analyzing lead funnels and conversion rates
*Leveraging marketing automation tools such as workflows and email triggers
*Applying growth hacking philosophy & inbound marketing strategies
*Working in B2C, SaaS, Real Estate or Marketing Technology industries
*Direct experience analyzing and optimizing SEM, paid social, online video, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns.
*3+ years experience in marketing/growth with at least 2 years achieving growth, acquisition and/or performance objectives.
*You’re data driven and well-versed in full-funnel acquisition; you love analyzing CPMs, CTRs and CAC and achieving growth that is “up and to the right.”
