You will be a part of the client retention team and which is accountable for problem solving to create a positive client service experience! You will use your ability to be an active listener to recognize to quickly resolve questions and concerns.
Conduct Outbound calls to our customer base to ensure they are receiving excellent customer service
Receive Inbound calls from customer to resolve their questions or concerns
Act as an account manager for our customers by helping them find success on our platform
Responsible for retaining clients
Proactively optimize client accounts
Perform upsells on client accounts
Responsible for maintaining a high performance rating from customer surveys and/or feedback
