Leadkit is seeking an Account Executive to help disrupt the residential Real Estate industry through an improved suite of technology tools and platforms. We offer a best in class CRM, lead generation features, agent websites and marketing platforms built specifically for real estate agents and brokerages. We are looking to build out our first national sales team in Atlanta to grow something special. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a company that has a history of over 20 years in the marketplace, while building a new segment of the business from the ground up.This is a full cycle sales role.
Exceed Monthly and Quarterly Sales Quotas as set forth by the company.
Prospect Daily using tools and information to build a quality and targeted pipeline.
Discover the prospect’s pain points and dynamically demonstrate the value of our services to make the agents and brokers as successful as possible.
Show the value of our offering via online web demonstrations.
Execute occasional face to face meetings as needed.
Travel to conferences and trade shows as deemed necessary.
Guide prospect through full buying process to a successful close.
Be a quality teammate to the sales team and wider organization as a whole.
Become a subject matter expert in Residential Real Estate and the needs of agents and brokers.
Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in a SaaS organization.
Is proficient in using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Join.me.
Articulate written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Superior Professional and Business Acumen.
Experience in managing pipeline and personal time management.
Proven track record of exceeding quota.
Driven to disrupt and win a software category.
