As Sr. UX Designer, you focus on delivering user-driven digital experiences, basing your decisions on a solid foundation of research, client strategy and well-cultivated professional intuition. You understand the user: because you know how to identify and analyze quantifiable metrics as well as qualitative aspects of the user journey.
At Launch, every team member is passionate about envisioning and building first-class outcomes – from the big strategic picture all the way to the smallest details. We have a commitment to crafting precisely customized user-driven digital experiences.
A strong ability to interview client stakeholders and moderate user testing sessions. From those sessions you are able to gather qualitative insight to help inform the overall UX strategy. You are trained in HCI, standard heuristic scoring models and commonly accepted UX practices.
A Portfolio that shows your understanding of how to create artifacts and wireframe documentation that clearly communicates digital executions to clients, developers and designers.
A good understanding of how visual design works. You’ll be ping-ponging UI interaction and layout ideas with our talented creative team. You know how to backup your ideas and realize intuitive interfaces that do more than lay still on the page.
Excellent communication skills: You want to be in front of the client and your teammates. You have a vision for both practical and innovative interactive approaches and know how to convey that vision to others. You speak Human.
