We make it easy to compare local service providers (house cleaners, tutors, babysitters etc.) on reviews, total price and availability. We are the only local service marketplace that allows users to instantly book recurring service with confirmed prices and availability – zero communication is required with the service provider.
We launched by connecting users to local house cleaners; now we are expanding into additional services.
Hux scaled from zero to a $1mm run rate on a $20K investment, raised $1.25mm of venture capital from Draper Associates (Tim Draper) and tripled in 16 months.
We are looking for a magnetic and empathetic support representative to turn unhappy customers into our biggest evangelists. In this role, you will OWN customer support for the team.
Own the customer experience and exceed expectations
Deliver prompt, high-quality resolutions to tickets by engaging with customers and providers
Proactively look for solutions to problems and recommend improvements to processes that could be better
Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Craft and implement policies to mitigate negative experiences particularly for outliers that are not operationalized
Communicate feedback with operations and product teams to improve the product experience
Achieve Customer Support KPIs
2+ years of customer support experience
Experience with Zendesk
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Ability to interact with customers and providers from all walks of life
Flexible schedule in case of emergencies
Comfortable as independent contractor (1099) for 1-3 months before full-time offer
Excited by a career in customer support
Genuine interest in helping people
Bonus: experience with data analytics (excel) and managing support agents
