What Is This
Over the last year, my content and personal presence have turned into real enterprise conversations and real revenue opportunities for Zapier. It’s working, and I can’t scale it alone anymore.
This role exists to scale that momentum.
I’m hiring a high-agency, in-person operator to help scale a creator-led enterrise pipeline that already exists. You’ll work directly with me in Atlanta, embedded in enterprise calls, workshops, builds, events, and occasional travel.
The job is to capture real work as it happens and turn it into content, conversations, and qualified enterprise opportunities in real time.
This is not a personal brand role.
This is not an assistant role.
It’s a revenue-adjacent operator role focused on turning signal into enterprise pipeline through content, relationships, and AI-first workflows.
A major bonus of this role is a front-seat view into how inbound and outbound are converging in an AI-first world. You’ll be directly involved in shaping how creator-led content, automation, and enterprise sales actually work in practice.
What you’ll do and how it works day to day
This role is part producer, part editor, part operator.
You come into the office with ideas to test, often pulled from live enterprise calls, workshops, inbox signal, or things already in motion. Sometimes you’re in those conversations to capture context directly. We film quickly and move on.
You edit and ship short-form video the same day, primarily for TikTok, using AI-first tools. That content sparks LinkedIn post ideas, which we brainstorm on, tighten, and publish while the signal is fresh.
You spend time in my LinkedIn and TikTok DMs and comments, qualifying who is worth deeper conversation, routing or booking follow-ups, and monitoring responses tied to active content or campaigns.
You use tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Zapier, and Zapier MCP to generate and expand on ideas, turn conversations into workflows, automate the most manual parts of the role, and make sure real enterprise signal turns into action.
You help prep for upcoming calls or workshops, spot patterns in what content and conversations are actually driving pipeline, and flag what we should double down on or stop doing.
We usually grab lunch nearby and end the day with a quick check-in on what shipped, what moved, and what’s next.
Some days lean more content. Some lean more conversations. The constant is speed, judgment, and turning real work into leverage.

I operate with high energy and momentum. Things move fast, and context is not always perfectly packaged. The right person helps create clarity while things are moving, not after.
