  • Salary: $135K base + commission based on revenue targets and performance goals
  • Generous options package

  • This position can work from anywhere in the US and reports to the Chief Growth Officer

The Opportunity:

As Wripple’s VP Sales, you will take on a critical leadership role and play a pivotal part in growing our business, including responsibility for Wripple’s enterprise and inside sales teams. Leveraging your past success selling marketing and talent solutions to large, Enterprise-level accounts, you will build deep relationships within F500 clients to develop innovative solutions through expert, flexible talent.

  • Demonstrated success building a ground-up sales organization for a start-up company.
  • Minimum 15+ years’ experience in managing and leading a world-class sales development team across both Enterprise and Inside Sales disciplines.
  • A track record of quota-exceeding success building a portfolio of business consisting primarily of large,
  • Enterprise-level accounts with top corporate decision-makers across marketing, digital experience and/or HR client teams.
  • Fluent across all subject areas of digital marketing and experience solutions.
  • Experience with top digital agencies or staffing/recruitment firms, a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. You have a services mindset and also thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for team building as well.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • Lead, develop, and recruit a diverse and effective sales team including Enterprise Sales that wins the largest brands and agencies on the planet, as well as an Inside Sales Team that grows our customer base of smaller mid-market clients and well-funded start-ups.
  • Create clear team objectives and allocate individual objectives to reach business development team and company goals.
  • Motivate the sales team via a passion for Wripple’s solution, clear communication establishing sales activities and measurement processes vs. team goals.
  • Meet or exceed measurable sales objectives for the team.
  • Consistently monitor sales representative activity, providing continuous feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline quality metrics to track results.
  • Coach sales representatives on best practices and product/company vision, while providing ongoing feedback and professional development.
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in sales development activity.
  • Develop required internal relationships and facilitate executive engagement to support success.
    Align team into consistent processes and structure.
  • Present updates and progress company-wide in an effective manner that engages employees in the overall mission.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic external expectations.
    Keep the company informed on sales intelligence.
