We are seeking a Specialty Rapid Response Professional. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for taking calls and answering payroll critical questions. This position is located in our Atlanta, GA office. Support is provided primarily by telephone and case management. As a Specialty Rapid Response Professional, you will be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting Human Capital Management solution. You will be providing accurate and timely resolutions for client issues.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Proactively help clients get more value out of UltiPro by providing in-depth support and solutions via phone, email or remote session
Enter and maintain customer call problem/description detail into Customer Relationship Management System
Be empowered to resolve issues by making quality decisions as a Subject Matter Expert
Develop strong relationships with customers and internal partners
Minimum 6 months of Rapid Response CORE tenure.
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience utilizing strong customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn complex software
Strong team player, positive attitude, and passion for providing World Class Customer Service
Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws
Bilingual: Proficiency is Spanish is a Plus
Experience supporting end users within a hosted, Software as a Service offering
Experience in Banking, Logistics, Hospitality, or other customer focused industry
Microsoft SQL Server a plus
Knowledge of Payroll /Human Resources
Knowledge of UltiPro Time Management, Talent or Business Intelligence
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Certification in the Payroll/HR industry a plus (PCP or CMP Certification, for example)
