TruRating is a hypergrowth software with a service (SWAS) company that improves businesses, benefits consumers, and donates to charities. Our starting point is using patented technology to collect feedback from 80%+ of customers at the point of payment and linking this to transaction and product data to provide unique mass, real-time insight to merchants.

This feedback can also be pointed towards consumers – providing transparent, representative, and validated information to help us all make better decisions. whilst we also ‘do our bit’ as for every question we ask, TruRating donates to children’s charities.

Working with our retail partners we can also provide data & insights to 3rd parties including FMCGs via ground-breaking ‘intelligent questions’ which allow us to send questions in real time that relate to specific products or behaviours.

We partner with the biggest payment companies in the world, and our unique integrations mean we are delivering an unprecedented dataset. No other business in the world is combining online and offline sentiment and consumer behaviour data in huge volumes, at near to real time.

Our customers include some of the best performing and highest-profile retailers in the world – and the group is growing all the time. We are collecting nearly 5 million ratings and 250m data points a week now and are ‘live’ in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and NZ. The role in a nutshell
Enterprise AE’s will be responsible for generating awareness, building pipeline, and closing revenue for their territory which will vertically focused set of location-based enterprise accounts.

We are looking for entrepreneurially minded individuals that are able to maximize the resources provided to achieve sales targets. You will be the CEO of your book of accounts with support from our Executive Team, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Data Science, etc.

We are looking for individuals with experience selling enterprise solutions to executive-level buyers with a background in retail and preferable customer experience (CX). You should feel confident building pipelines, cross-selling, building meaningful relationships with customers, creating territory/account plans, uncovering customer needs, demonstrating the value of our solution, leading onsite meetings, travelling, and negotiating pricing.

This role offers a compelling short-term and long-term earning potential. Year 1 ramp up commission rates of 16.5% plus accelerators with achievable targets. In addition to annual earning potential, every individual at TruRating is rewarded with equity in the business that we aim to be lucrative as we continue our strong growth trajectory.

 

Key responsibilities

·       Achieving quota expectations ($700k to $1.3M based on territory and experience)

·       Hunter mentality – generating pipeline, prospecting, email outreach

·       Team selling – Ability to quarterback deals and leverage team members to close revenue

·       CRM – Salesforce.com daily input and hygiene

·       Accurate sales forecasting

·       Experience with key sales tools – Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

·       Experience in Retail and Customer Experience

·       Experience selling into Retail Operations and CX Professionals

·       Experience with Force Management, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message
