Terminal is looking for an entrepreneurial, SaaS / B2B Product Manager to help drive the customer side of our talent marketplace and recruiting products. As the Product Manager of Customer and Talent Products, you will own the customer experience of our B2B2C talent marketplace, which matches top talent in our operating markets to our clients’ job opportunities. You will partner closely with leadership to develop the product strategy and own the roadmap and delivery of core value for customer products. You will also closely coordinate with our talent and success teams to build products to power our recruiting efforts, connecting our talent, recruiting, and customer systems together in one integrated ecosystem. As one of the first Product Managers joining the Terminal team, we’re seeking passionate product people who love building early-stage products, taking a product from 0 to 1 and beyond. What You’ll Do
Form Ideas with Research and Data: leverage market / analytics data and customer research to inform product opportunities and deeply understand customer needs.

Plan with Intention: own the customer product roadmap, orienting product investments to clearly defined, measurable outcomes.

Ruthlessly Prioritize and Build Iteratively: define focused MVPs for product features. Act as product owner for the Customer / Talent Products Agile team, hosting ceremonies, writing user stories, etc.

Listen and Learn: measure results and clearly articulate learning, leveraging them to inform future product and business investments.

Collaborate and Communicate: clearly articulate the product vision throughout the business. Act as an enthusiastic partner to key stakeholders to drive change in the organization.

What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of product experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products. Loves taking products from an initial hypothesis, listening to feedback, and iterating to find product-market fit. Ideally would also be a systems thinker, interested in evaluating build vs. buy for solutions, and driving to great holistic solutions across multiple stakeholders.
