Terminal is looking for a consumer-focused, entrepreneurial Product Manager to help drive our talent marketplace experience. As the Product Manager of Candidate Products, you will own the candidate experience of our B2B2C talent marketplace, which matches top talent in our operating markets to our clients’ job opportunities. You will partner closely with leadership to develop the product strategy and own the roadmap and delivery of core value for candidate products. You will also closely coordinate with our marketing and talent teams to understand inbound channels and optimize and drive candidate conversion. As one of the first Product Managers joining the Terminal team, we’re seeking passionate product people who love building early-stage products, taking a product from 0 to 1 and beyond. What You’ll Do
Form Ideas with Research and Data: leverage market / analytics data and customer research to inform product opportunities and deeply understand candidate needs.
Plan with Intention: own the candidate product roadmap, orienting product investments to clearly defined, measurable outcomes.
Ruthlessly Prioritize and Build Iteratively: define focused MVPs for product features. Act as product owner for the Candidate Products Agile team, hosting ceremonies, writing user stories, etc.
Listen and Learn: measure results and clearly articulate learning, leveraging them to inform future product and business investments.
Collaborate and Communicate: clearly articulate the product vision throughout the business. Act as an enthusiastic partner to key stakeholders to drive change in the organization.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of product experience, ideally with a product-led growth / bottoms-up B2B product or B2C product. Loves taking products from an initial hypothesis, listening to feedback, and iterating to find product-market fit. Must be passionate about driving growth, conversion, and a delightfully elegant user experience.
