We’re bringing the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp to Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding area!
We’re looking for applications to participate in the WITS Bootcamp happening virtually Oct. 4th – Oct. 8th, 2021. This Bootcamp is free and will teach you the art & science of B2B SaaS Tech Sales and introduce you to potential employers looking to hire from the cohort. Read on to learn more.
What is the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp?
The Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp is a proven, 5-day intensive (virtual) training course that will teach you:
How to develop an effective value proposition
Lead generation and contact management
Prospecting and executing sales calls
Handling objections and closing deals
How to sell in a virtual environment
How to prepare for an interview and get hired
The WITS Bootcamp is sponsored by our Platinum hiring partner Softchoice. Over the course of the week, you will participate in facilitator-led training created by The Revenue U, online workshops, role plays, and networking sessions. Sessions include, what it’s like to work in a fast-growing tech company, breaking the glass ceiling in sales, how to crush your next job in tech sales, and more! Our goal is to provide you with the tools, methodology, mindset and network to pursue and succeed in a career in tech sales!
How it works
We’re recruiting and accepting up to 20 students – women who are new grads or more experienced, looking to pivot into tech sales. You will have the opportunity to interview with our Platinum hiring partner Softchoice and other hiring partners on the last day of the Bootcamp!
Who you are?
You may be early in your career and ready to jump-start in the fast-paced world of software sales or you may have years of sales experience but looking to pivot your career into tech. You have been thinking about a career in tech sales but you’re not sure how to make the leap. You identify as female/she/her and have a passion for growing your career in sales. If this sounds like you – the completely virtual Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp in October 2021 might be a great place to start!
What will you learn at Bootcamp?
Each day you will be training in collaboration with our hiring partners, coaches, mentors and the Women in Tech Sales facilitators. The week finishes with virtual speed interviewing with hiring managers from all our company sponsors.
What’s the criteria to apply to the Bootcamp?
You identify as female and are looking to enter into a tech sales career or further develop your sales career. Seats are limited and your application must be accepted to attend the Bootcamp program.
We’re looking for the following characteristics:
An ideal combination of education and work experience. You have experience in sales, customer service or a related skill set like fundraising, project management or other roles.
A passion for tech and sales. You don’t have to be technical to be in tech sales but you do need to be passionate about your craft or building your craft, curious, a fast learner and driven.
Empathy and great listening skills. Sales has changed. Great sales people are good listeners, they own their clients problems and work tirelessly to solve them.
Analytical and process oriented. You are data driven and numbers focused.
You are available EVERY DAY (virtually) between October 4th – 8th, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST.
You must have access to a computer with video capabilities along with stable internet access.
