Profile Summary
SymTrain is looking for Sales professionals who are willing to become part of an entrepreneurial, growing
organization that is enabling companies to accelerate the employee learning process utilizing SymTrain’s
simulation-based training software.

Role & Responsibilities
The Account Executive role is critical to the success and growth of SymTrain’s business plan through the
development and closing of key prospects and the continued growth of existing customers.

Key responsibilities include the following;

  • Develop and close new Account sales opportunities and expand SymTrain’s footprint within existing
    customer Accounts
  • Coordinate activities with Account participants and representatives from various groups within
    SymTrain
  • Establish relationships with SymTrain Partners to expand the pipeline and closure of Partner
    opportunities
  • Establish confidence and proficiency to lead Account engagements, provide demonstrations, and help
    build the value proposition for successful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a personal Sales plan
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and quotas

  • Demonstrated competency in sales of software products and services
  • Education of SymTrain software and market dynamics during the on-boarding process
  • Effective utilization of prospect/customer outreach through social media, phone, and email
  • Documentation of and adherence to SymTrain’s sales documentation process
  • Communicate effectively with Prospect and Customer senior leadership
  • Exabits strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor to develop and enhance relationships.
  • Delivers on expectations without considerable direction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years software sales experience
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree
  • Successful outcomes in previous sales roles
  • Pass a background check
  • Willingness to travel for Account meetings, internal meetings, and industry events
  • English speaking proficiency
