We are looking for an IT Support Technician with 0-3 years of experience, a passion for learning, driven mindset, and good internal customer service. They will help with user support requests and should have excellent troubleshooting skills. The individual should be familiar with Windows environments, user VPN, onboarding and offboarding, credential resets, Active Directory, end user provisioning, and working from a ticketing queue.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Technical support and troubleshoot end user workstations, laptops, printers, vpn problems
Basic understanding of security best practices
Basic understanding of networking
Onboard / Offboard (accounts, passwords, permissions, etc)
User permissions requests
Innovative ideas and unique solutions
Desire to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Simple documentation skills
Keep active inventory of technology supply and communicate what is needed
Desire to learn and take on challenging tasks and projects
Strong communication skills and ability to provide substantial updates to task and project stakeholders
Ability to stay organized with work and communicate accurate timelines
Independently prioritize most important tasks
Strong analytical skills
Team oriented attitude
The candidate should have extensive experience working with these technologies:
Windows Active Directory
Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019
Endpoint imaging solutions
Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
