We need a product marketer who will level up our product marketing activities across the board, build processes to support product development and launch, and champion both our users’ goals and SimplePart’s solutions as we continue to expand our network globally.. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to shape the direction of our products and collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and optimize product performance. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape product development and roadmap decisions, championing the users’ goals throughout the process
Inform product requirements by having deep understanding and knowledge of user needs, business rationale, and market analyses
Maintain a deep understanding of how the technical product impacts internal teams, external clients, and our end users
Understand and measure user needs, relative to how those needs have been met (or not)
Understand and track where features are in their own lifecycle
Define success criteria for QA and product acceptance
Plan and execute go-to-market strategy and product launches, working with marketing, product, sales and client teams to establish sustainable processes that facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
Work with creative teams to develop marketing assets and messaging supporting product launches and relevant experiences, including writing briefs and reviewing creative assets to ensure brand consistency and communication effectiveness
Measure the success of products post-launch, diagnosing issues or spotting opportunities for further improvements through user interviews and data analysis
Act as the internal subject matter expert for technical products, ensuring creation and maintenance of external product documentation

Preferred experience:

2-3 years of product marketing experience, or marketing experience a technology company
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and different functions easily
Proven experience in communication strategy
Well-organized project planning and delivery experience
Gracious and empathetic relationship building with both internal and external teams
Proven ability to work effectively with internal and technical teams, specifically in
Influencing others, without needing to rely on formal authority
Simplifying complexity and translate technical concepts to non-tech audiences
Communicating with and achieving alignment with technical partners
Experience prioritizing and adapting under pressure – from both internal and external sources
Familiarity with project management software (bonus points for experience using Azure DevOps and/or Asana)
