We’re looking for the right person to take our impact-driven B2B and B2C marketing to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to create digital, print, and experiential marketing collateral for some of the most globally recognizable brands, for both businesses and end consumer audiences.
This marketing designer will be responsible for driving and executing creative vision in a variety of formats to bring our marketing campaigns to life. From conceptualization to implementation of these engaging experiences, you’ll work closely with our marketing team, account managers, and clients to define requirements, develop assets, design and deploy campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have exceptional visual design skills in multiple formats and an unrivaled eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Create, design, and produce creative concepts in digital, print, and experiential, including emails, flyers, trade show materials, newsletters, proposals, presentations, videos, booklets and more
Meet with stakeholders to assess and reassess their wants and needs for the project
Collaborate with project managers, copywriters and marketing managers, and sales team to execute on projects and campaigns
Be a brand steward for each brand we represent, adhering to defined CI and content guidelines
Help manage and evolve SimplePart branding guidelines, and establish a design library
Ensure that creative assets abide by branding standards, and maintain visual consistency and continuity across properties
Create best-in-class experiences that guide the user naturally and make them want to read/click/engage more
Stay informed on and implement current design trends
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our brands, products, and services
Coordinate the design, display, promotion, and project needs for client and internal business initiatives including trade shows, conferences, presentations, and other events
Ensure projects are completed on a timely basis with high quality and align with company and client’s recommendations and brand standards
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation that support the Marketing team’s strategy by using your expertise and eye for great design
Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, and Lightroom), Mailchimp, Pardot, and Google Suite (Docs and Slides)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Solid ideation and thinking through design problems with creative and/or practical solutions
High sense of ownership and willingness to provide quality support both internally and externally
Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross-departmentally to achieve goals
A positive attitude, incredible creative ability, and a learner’s mindset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Confidence and humility to manage feedback and build on constructive criticism
Highly organized and superior attention to detail in terms of file, project, and brand management
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and
Operate around changing deadlines with agility and flexibility
Proven track record of creative leadership and design abilities
Ability to decipher/interpret ambiguity in feedback
Bonus points for
Professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate setting
B2B marketing team experience
Familiarity with the automotive industry or SaaS products
Photography, videography, and motion graphics/animation skills are highly preferred
Exceptional project management skills
