Our key customers – global car brands and strategic dealers, as well as strategic corporate partners – each have a dedicated point of contact within SimplePart. That Senior Customer Success Manager is our direct link to these high value customers, and is critical to the growth and success of our product and company. This role is part project manager, part teacher, part product manager, part consultant, part friend and partner. You will be the face of SimplePart, and the link between our key customers and internal teams.
We will look to you to ensure that the brands you’re responsible for are getting the most out of SimplePart as a company. To do that you will need to understand their needs, and the goals driving them – and help us grow to meet them. This will include working with these key customers to scope and manage projects, monitoring and reporting on performance, building business cases for key initiatives, presenting to our contacts at these global brands, as well as working hand in hand with their field staff and dealers to understand and resolve escalated problems. It will be key that you fully understand our business – as well as theirs – and help originate ideas and strategy to engage with new opportunities for growth.
You must have the right polish and mix of business and technical background to succeed in this role. We do not need you to be an expert at everything – just to know which team within SimplePart to engage, and when. We are looking for an open, friendly and interactive partnership with our customers – one where we evolve together and can openly brainstorm and share information. The keys to a sound long term relationship are transparency, accountability and trust. In order for our customers to trust us, they must first trust and count on you.
You will lead every interaction we have with these key customers, which will involve some travel – expect no more than two or three days each month. This includes regular conference calls, impromptu calls, project planning, quarterly meetings, individual and group training, conferences and regional meetings. Your primary responsibility is to be proactive, and ensure our key customers are happy with our service.
Manage our consultative and trusted relationships with manufacturer partners in the US and Canada
Manage our consultative and trusted relationships with key manufacturer partner dealers in the US and Canada
Understand client goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal products and solutions
Drive planning sessions to ensure clients are able to fully leverage SimplePart’s products and services to meet their performance and operational goals.
Liase with Customer Support, Product, Marketing and Development as needed to support customer outcomes.
6+ years program leadership, innovation, strategy and/or consulting experience
6+ years building and managing relationships
Solid business analysis skills and experience in writing business requirements and mapping processes
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
Critical, creative, and strategic thinking capability
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
A passion for partnership and collaboration.
Blend of consulting, project management, and/or SaaS experience; automotive industry knowledge
Experience with large-scale, technologically sophisticated accounts and/or Enterprise market customers
Experience working in Salesforce

Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000
