SBA Docs is a bootstrapped, profitable start-up SaaS company being built in Atlanta. We believe in creating operational efficiencies for clients so they can focus more on growing their businesses and/or spending more time with family. We provide a Software as a Service that automates SBA compliant loan closing documents.
Our customers are primarily lawyers, banks and other software vendors. We’ve assembled an incredible team that has 15 years experience closing SBA Loans, 15 years of experience in software development expertise and 15 years experience finding decision makers and getting deals closed. We’re relentless in our pursuit of excellent products, happy users, and a reputation as a trusted partner.
We’re searching for an experienced, energetic, talented and detail oriented *Customer Success Representative* to play a critical role in customer on-boarding and retention. In this role, you’ll be the key point person between SBA Docs and our valued customers. Great communication makes this machine run smoothly at all times. We need someone with wonderful instincts and tons of empathy, who can make the customers we work with feel at ease.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills/capabilities:
- Experience reading and editing legal documents
- Quick and effective problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency and patience working with Microsoft Word
- Previous experience working at or with software as a service applications
- Whatever it takes work ethic and passion for excellence
Starting off, we currently are looking for someone who can dedicate 20 hours per week and eventually transition into a full time role. One perk for working with us, is that you can work when and where you want as long as our customers are happy.
