We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team!  In this role you will work closely with our hiring managers, as well as our CEO, to attract highly-skilled and unique talent to our growing team.   We are looking for a Technical Recruiter that is passionate about connecting highly-skilled, technical employees to a company that appreciates and values their skillset.

Responsibilities:
Rocket Partners is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to own the sourcing, screening and hiring of our technical team members.   You will be responsible for attracting candidates, proactively sourcing/recruiting, evaluating resumes, conducting pre-screen interviews and negotiating offers across all teams, including a primary focus on recruiting engineers.

Further responsibilities include:

-Proactively source and build a pipeline of passive candidates using creative outreach messages while managing inbound applications and employee referrals
-Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple departments to define job requirements, as well as sourcing and interview strategies
-Help schedule, prepare and coordinate all interviews including on Google Meets and any future on-site interviews
-Ensure an amazing candidate journey; both for the people we hire and those we keep in touch with for future roles
-Own relationship with candidates from initial communication through offer process and first day experience
-Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
-Collaborate on specific recruiting related projects from process updates, interview best practices, and metrics to provide key insights to the leadership team
-Partner with the operations team to ensure a successful first day and onboarding experience
-Helping develop the company presence and brand on social media platforms

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting complex technical and senior level roles at a high growth SaaS or software company
-Strongly prefer 2+ years of high-volume, agency recruiting experience
-Proven ability to creatively identify, source, network with and interview passive candidates with a constant focus on making quality hires
-Comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies and a point of view on how to source from different sources
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and building meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
-Experience using and maintaining an ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/etc.)
-Kindness, patience, clear communication and a 100% lean in attitude under pressure are always required
