RoadSync is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our fast-growing team. As our Director of Marketing, you will be helping to drive company revenue by developing and executing critical elements of our customer acquisition growth strategy across multiple product lines. You will lead our inbound marketing and account based marketing (ABM) efforts to drive qualified leads to our sales team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in building and executing measurable and successful demand generation programs/campaigns. We are looking for a self-starter who can both design and implement strategic demand generation programs as well as initiate and lead an account based marketing effort. Some things you’ll be doing at RoadSync…

  • Own demand generation programs designed to achieve qualified leads metrics
  • Develop thematic multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, MQLs, pipeline and revenue
  • Plan and execute quarterly demand generation plans leveraging a variety of channels including digital advertising/PPC, SEO, content marketing, content syndication, email acquisition, social media, sponsored content, etc
  • Develop and manage the account based management (ABM) program aimed at penetrating high-value target accounts, strengthening the sales pipeline, and cultivating our highest-value customers
  • Drive a cross-functional content marketing strategy that is aligned to key business goals and strategic content themes
  • Develop and implement a segmentation strategy that enables us to deliver the right message to the right audience
  • Draft copy, design and build compelling, conversion-focused landing pages that drive qualified leads
  • Own the inbound and ABM MQL lead management process
  • Own KPIs, funnel dynamics and reporting for all demand generation and account based marketing activities with accountability for a monthly MQL quota
  • Continuously research and leverage new distribution channels and manage vendor relationships
  • Play a key role helping to define, manage and optimize the customer journey throughout the marketing and sales funnel
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization (including but not limited to Sales, Product, and external agencies) to develop, monitor, and optimize programs throughout the customer journey and sales funnel

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 10+ years experience in a similar role, focused on demand generation and/or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS market environment.
  • Startup experience, preferable
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, are all required
  • Demonstrable experience in building a multi-channel demand generation engine
  • Experience with SMB and Enterprise B2B lead generation
  • Demonstrated results in improving volume, conversion, and quality through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Obsession with metrics – monitor results of campaigns and then using those results to design new and better campaigns
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • High organization skills and are self-motivated with a high level of initiative
