Our company is growing quickly. We are seeking that rare “grain of sand”: A Senior Sales Executive who can join our Executive Team, generate leads, sell, develop sales strategies and teams, build a sales function from scratch, and lead.
What You’ll Do: In the near-term, you’re working jointly with the founders as part of a small, exciting, and fast-growing team: Generating leads, following up on opportunities, advancing the pipeline, supporting the close.
Longer-term, we want you to help refine our sales strategy and then execute it. We want you to recruit and build our sales team. We want you to be a core reason we all succeed.

Eventual Responsibilities include: • Reviewing, assessing, and updating the company’s sales strategies and plans • Developing the staffing, recruiting, hiring plans and budget for a new sales organization • Building new and maintaining existing client relationships. • Developing target clients list and building connections with prospects. • Developing, managing, and following up on client proposals. • Staying up to date on our marketplace and competition. • Providing insights to help shape Quantuvos’ product and service offerings. • Maintaining a structured sales pipeline; regularly providing accurate client and prospect status updates, highlighting obstacles to success. • Driving revenue; identifying opportunities for additional, value-added services. • Working closely with clients, partners, and teammates to identify and monitor metrics for success. • Leading the sales organization to succeed.
What You’ll Need • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) • MUST HAVE: A successful track record of selling professional services and (or) technology to HR leadership • Understanding of and experience with the needs, wants, and challenges of today’s learning, talent development and benefits teams. • Ability to demonstrate strategic account planning and renewal experience • Excellent communication, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills • Temperament and desire for working in a fast-paced, start-up environment where everyone wears multiple hats and there is no bureaucracy • Experience with one or more CRM systems (ideally HubSpot); Solid skills with standard business technologies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Outlook). • Professional Coaching experience (either as a coach or a client) is a plus
