POI is a US company headquartered in Delaware but is operating globally with a distributed remote team. We have just successfully closed our $6M Pre-Series A round in July with an impressive cap table including Rakuten, Franklin Templeton Investments, Working Capital Fund, CV VC, Pangea Blockchain, Ausum Ventures, and other high-profile angel investors.

Role Overview
POI is searching for a Head of Sales for the Americas. The Head of Sales is the driving force of POI’s revenue generation engine — building and executing the strategy to grow our book of business through North & South America, and coordinating efforts with our EMEA Head of Sales.

POI is looking for creative, charismatic and resilient individuals who demonstrate a passion for sales, willingness to roll up their sleeves to solve problems creatively, and excitement for developing and driving strategic decisions that will carry POI forward towards achieving high-growth goals.

This is a fully remote opportunity working with passionate changemakers around the world; however, preference for candidates located in (or willing to relocate to) Miami, FL, USA (the home of our new HQ).

Areas of Responsibility


Partner with the POI management team to strategize & scale POI’s sales efforts through our next phase of the expansion
Own the Americas sales playbook build, optimize, and scale our sales strategy
Help strengthen sales forecasting, and reporting to amplify the organization’s operational excellence
Synthesize and strengthen GTM data to identify new cross-functional opportunities to improve our offering to prospects, customers, and partners


Proactively identify high value leads
Conduct demos with inbound & outbound prospects
Manage funnel from first demo to contract signature to upsell / cross-sell
Grow our client base and sign new business to exceed revenue targets


Maintain & updating sales tools (Salesforce, Notion, Gsuite)
Identify, execute, & maintain processes that enable impact-oriented sales and marketing
Work with CS, Product, & Data teams to ensure the ultimate success of customers
Attend meetups, conferences, & local events to represent the POI brand & bring in new clients
Build & manage a team of US sales hires


Must Haves

5+ years in sales in a SaaS or similar high-growth technology company
3+ years of experience leading a sales team, distributed is preferred
Customer-Facing Experience – Comfortable communicating with C-Suite executives through phone, email, conference calling & other distributed/remote tools.
An Interest in Venture Capital & Social Entrepreneurship – If learning about how impact investors & social entrepreneurs are making a positive impact while achieving outstanding financial returns, you are in the right place!
Bachelor’s degree / comparable work experience in a related field
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including both domestic and international
Located in East Cost time zone (Miami, FL, USA preferred)

Bonus Points

Previous experience within the ESG & impact markets
Previous experience working with financial institutions and venture capital, with a strong preference for ESG & impact-focused financial services
Experience selling enterprise contracts > $50,000
Fluent in Spanish
