Innovation Depot is seeking a Program Manager to support our programmatic strategy and member community-building goals. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, operationally strong, great with people, and comfortable with data and systems. You will help execute and continuously improve the Depot’s early-stage founder pathways—including Voltage and Boost—in collaboration with internal teams and key ecosystem partners.

You’ll work closely with the full Depot team and play a central role in building a thriving, high-performing founder community through events, mentor engagement, program operations, and strong systems for tracking outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Founder and Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with Innovation Depot members and connect them to resources that accelerate growth during their time in the building
  • Serve as a welcoming, high-trust point of contact for founder questions and program inquiries
  • Support the member experience through proactive outreach, communication, and community touch points

Program Operations (Voltage + Boost + Partner Programs)

  • Support implementation and operations of Voltage and Boost, working closely with internal staff and external partners to ensure a high-quality founder experience
  • Help recruit founders into the right pathways, ensure follow-through, and track participation and progress
  • Coordinate program logistics (calendars, sessions, speaker/mentor scheduling, materials, room setup, run-of-show execution)
  • Support program communications to founders, mentors, and partners (email, Slack, event reminders)

Mentors, Sponsors, and Ecosystem Relationships

  • Help build and maintain the Depot’s mentor network (recruiting, onboarding, scheduling)
  • Create and nurture relationships with mentors, sponsors, investors, operators, and ecosystem partners
  • Build strategic relationships with other startup and entrepreneurial support organizations across the region

Data, Systems, and Continuous Improvement

  • Track program engagement and outcomes using tools and processes (CRM, Airtable, spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate program and member data, ensuring clean systems and consistent reporting
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements that reduce friction for founders and make programs run smoother

Alumni and Long-Term Community

  • Serve as an alumni coordinator for founders who graduate from Innovation Depot programs
  • Maintain light-touch engagement and pathways for alumni to mentor, share wins, and stay connected

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience working with startups, accelerators, incubators, entrepreneurship programs, or ecosystem organizations
  • Strong facilitation skills—comfortable commanding a room, public speaking, and community-building
  • Exceptional computer skills; experience with CRMs and database systems preferred (and tools like Slack and Airtable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and operational follow-through
  • Outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented
  • Team-oriented with a history of working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the CEO and works closely with all members of the team and key ecosystem partners.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Retirement plan with matching
  • Paid time off
  • Relaxed and casual dress environment
  • Exposure to many dynamic companies and successful entrepreneurs
