What you’ll do:
Lab1886 is seeking an Office Community Manager to head up office operations in Atlanta. This person will be responsible for day-to-day functions and involved in our office operations including workplace services, development of office culture, company events, marketing initiatives, executive assistance, and facilities management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments.
Set up client meetings and interview rooms.
Assist with executive travel arrangements and expense reports.
Support the coordination and planning of company events.
Greet, escort, and tour guests.
Screen, route, and prioritize heavy email correspondence
Assist with various projects and special assignments.
Coordinate purchasing and maintain office equipment and supplies.
Involvement in brand building through marketing activities and events: materials prep, event logistics, venue bookings, and serve as vendor liaison.
Manage the day-to-day general office logistics and administrative duties.
Oversee and keep team up to date with process changes.
What you bring:
Minimum 2 years of office experience in fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Organized, with an enthusiasm for creative problem solving
Excellent communication skills are a MUST
Business operations experience with understanding of entrepreneurial communities
