You are a tech-savvy and established professional with an interest in communicating with target markets through online channels. As an Account Manager, you not only lead an original content strategy and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote the brands assigned as your accounts, but you take ownership of the strategy aspect and communicate daily with 5-7 of our social media clients. You are highly dedicated to building client relationships, hitting KPIs, and customer engagement as well as create seamless social media strategies. Your success will be measured based on client retention rate, add ons generated, content approval, and partner performance on all social media platforms. You will report to your team’s Account Director.
