The Account Administrator is responsible for the execution of a clients’ strategy through execution of onboarding tasks, scheduling content, daily community management, preparing meeting agendas and meeting recaps, and acting as a support line for our clients. You will work closely with the Account Managers and Senior Managers to ensure that the overall social media strategy and vision is executed for our clients daily. Your success will be measured based on hitting deadlines for administrative tasks, attention to detail, thorough response to community questions and comments via social media, and a successful and smooth onboarding process for new clients about twice per month.
