In this role you will be working closely with the HubBox leadership team with the unique opportunity to help shape and grow the business.
What would I be doing?
You’ll be working closely with ecommerce businesses on their HubBox software implementation, making sure that all steps of the technical and operational roll-out are handled flawlessly.
Your primary responsibility will be interacting with ecommerce and retail operations managers to launch our solution, making sure that HubBox internal frameworks and best practices are followed. You’ll be assisting clients in both the promotion and optimisation of the solution to ensure maximum customer uptake and satisfaction.
After the client has launched the solution, you will also be responsible for managing the relationship with the client, supporting queries, and measuring performance.
What skills and experience do I need?
Experienced in account or project management or client success, ideally working in ecommerce with an understanding of client onboarding
Comfortable taking on multiple work streams and supporting across a wide variety of fronts. This role is a key founding role in HubBox’s US operations so flexibility and an ability to adapt is critical
Service-mindedness, going above and beyond what’s expected to deliver for clients
An excellent communicator and a natural relationship manager with strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with technical and operational peers
An ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and diligent in process management
