A leader in digital forensics and the fourth fastest growing privately held technology company in Atlanta is looking for our first Information Security Architect. The Information Security Architect will be a part of a team that supports all aspects of IT and security, including Linux/Windows servers, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Office 365, and Mac, Windows, and Linux laptops and applications. This is a “green field/elevate the role” opportunity here at Grayshift when it comes to the Security realm. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of best practices, be capable of working autonomously, and think futuristically when it comes to security.

This position can be remote or based out of our Roswell, GA office.

The Scope of Work Includes:
– Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls for compliance initiatives;
– Work with Legal and Sales teams to build process for responding to security questionnaires from customers;
– Collaborate with Product Security staff about security of product SaaS infrastructure;
– Manage EDR system and respond to incidents;
– Build and manage vulnerability assessment program and triage results;
– Manage security awareness and training programs;
– Capable of working independently.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
– 5 years of experience in security engineering and design;
– Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell scripting experience;
– Experience with security training programs;
– Experience with working with security questionnaires and security policies/procedures development;
– Prior experience with EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability assessment tools;
– Prior experience with compliance activities.

Compensation and Perks:
– Compensation includes base salary and bonus;
