Job Description 
As a Territory Account Manager, your mission will be to effectively drive new business by following up on leads, identifying prospects, and closing new business. New England-based remote role with up to 35-50% travel.

– Motivated, confident, self-sufficient, goal oriented, driven, and able to contribute from day one;
– Identify, qualify, and close opportunities by email, phone, virtual platforms such as Zoom, and in person;
– Cold calling into prospects generated by variety of outside sources;
– Conducts web demos for prospective customers to identify opportunities to meet business needs and grow relationships;
– Develops compelling value propositions;
– Identifies and utilizes appropriate internal resources to engage in sales cycles;
– Maintains an accurate, comprehensive and updated forecast;
– Develops business plans for assigned territory, account strategy, key decision makers, key performance indicators, and budget constraints;
– Collaborates with Grayshift channel partners to share ideas, best practices, and grow new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory;
– Ability to qualify and disqualify prospects;
– Constantly iterates and perfects the best methods to generate leads;
– Professionally represents Grayshift via email, phone, social media and other mediums;
– Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers;
– Ensures successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce CRM application;
– Perform other duties as assigned.

– Minimum 3 years of full inside sales lifecycle experience in a B2B environment with demonstrated achievement of reaching above quota, and YoY growth;
– Possess a strong foundation of business acumen and can effectively communicate the Grayshift value proposition to your prospective target customers;
– Exceptional communication skills both oral and written to successfully present demos and projects both virtually and in-person;
– Active listener, problem solver, and sense of urgency;
– Team Player!
– Strong time management and organization skills;
– Experience working with government and S&L agencies;
– Proficient using digital tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn;
– This position is partial work from home, so candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves: 
– Background in the Digital Forensics industry;
– Prior Public Safety selling experience.
