We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter that understands that the recruiting industry as we know it is changing, someone who is passionate about recruiting and is able to connect with both companies and candidates. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Perform phone and virtual interviews
Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and candidate qualifications and competencies to fill the needs
Ensure a diverse talent pool is sourced, assessed and presented for open positions
Develop and maintain a strong external recruitment network
Maintain a strong employer branding
Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices


Strong written and verbal communication skills
G-Suite and Microsoft Word and Excel working knowledge
Social media proficiency to connect and network with both active and passive candidates
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
Flexibility and ability to overcome rejection
Experience in recruiting niche and executive level roles
Strong client-service orientation
Knowledge of recruiting compliance
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process
Knowledge of using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder etc
Bs/BA Degree desired
