Customer Success and Experience Associate –

We want candidates  that bring passion and curiosity. Someone who is obsessed with the creative community and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships. As an intern you’ll tackle and own projects that directly impact our customers, employees, and business.
Part 1: Fill the email database with contacts and leads
● Manage your pipeline and generate leads for our direct sales team and for the partners
● Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Optimization: Sales, Marketing, Success, Product, Legal.
● Become an expert on the TmrO platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product roadmap and company vision.
● Track leads and organize follow up tasks
Part 2: Set meetings up with individuals

● Build strong relationships with the Sales & Success org’s to encourage prospective customers and current customers to use our services.
● schedule demos and coordinate demos with the business development team
● responsibility is to ensure that new demos are getting booked as a result of
your efforts for the rest of the business development team
● Track leads and organize follow up tasks
● Work with team to qualify inbound demand, generate outbound demand, and
coordinate web demos and onsite meetings.
You are expected to work 5-10 hours a week and will be paid $15/hour.
