About the opportunity:
At Flock Safety, the GTM Enablement Lead plays a key role in scaling our organization by providing the team with the information, content and tools needed to sell more effectively and achieve quota in a scalable, predictable, and repeatable fashion.
The GTM Enablement function will act as an integrating role between various revenue teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Client Success, Events and People Operations. This individual will be responsible for building our GTM Enablement Onboarding Program and On-going Curriculum and then building and running a Team to support it.
Some objectives you’ll crush:
-Create a comprehensive sales on-boarding program in tight collaboration with People Operations.
Act as a liaison between Product + Revenue Teams to create sales enablement materials for new product and feature releases.
-Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbooks in tight collaboration with respective Sales teams, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
-Map company’s sales process with our customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what additional skills, knowledge, content and tools are required by our sales force to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in the sales processes.
-Develop and manage this 6-12 month Sales Enablement roadmap for increasing sales productivity.
-Train sales teams on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
-Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
-Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
-Field ad hoc content and support requests from Sales team.
-Regularly spend time with managers and reps to understand the sales process, gather feedback and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.
-Participate in the selection and implementation of technologies to be used by Revenue Teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
-Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred.
-Experience building effective sales on-boarding and sales training programs.
-Experience with Salesforce.
-Ability to create and track metrics which demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity.
-Exceptional organizational skills & the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven and unpredictable environment.
-Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
-Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way.
